This classic-style rotating sign uses a Semco heavy-duty rotator. The background is covered in Radiant Mfg. Solaray sequins. The three “stars” are hand-fabricated and installed into pillow-block bearings, allowing them to spin as well. The up-lighting inside the sign frame illuminates the Vegas-style stars.

The client wanted an old-school, rounded-corner main sign can. He had a previous logo that was too busy and did not convey the feeling of his new restaurant. This 30-ft.-long main building sign was hand drawn and hand lettered. The carved HDU and aluminum fork and crossed knife were fun design elements based off of the actual cutlery they use. In addition, the crossed knife and fork and flames are backlit for a halo lighting effect at night. The flames are raw grinded pattern aluminum with translucent Kandy paint from House of Kolor. We designed and fabricated a classic neon arrow, but note the missing neon, as they did not have their liquor license yet.
